How to send new power state requests to the Menapia drone dock

More coming soon, but basically, on the ass-linux machine, run the the script: /home/aurora/scripts/menapia/update_power_tier.sh 1 1

Where the numbers '1 1' correspond to the requested power state for each dock (I believe the one we currently have in Iceland is dock B, so the second number.)

Possible power states are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Power states:

Tier 1 - Unrestricted (300W to 450W, -10 to -50, +350W when drone is charging) Tier 2 - heating limited to 10C, normal flight ops.(240W max, 160W average, +350W when drone is charging) Tier 3 - Dock heating disabled (190W max, 140W average, +350W when drone is charging) Tier 4 - Forced standby, 12 VDC only, AC power to MEC controlled / turned off by ASS.(32W average) Tier 5 - Dock has internal dock battery only and will eventually die.
